airtight food storage containers
 

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for airtight food storage containers. I am wanting to put some of my food storage into some sort of airtight containers. I went to a few local stores, but they were very, very expensive and most were not airtight.

I used the Gamma seals and a item that gamma markets for pet food called the vittles vault in the 50 lb size.
2nd to the largest size in this pic.

Used the lids this company makes called Gamma seals that snap onto any 5 gallon bucket, then you can open and close with ease.

You will want oxy absorbers as well as descant as well with what ever container you end up using.

We used nitrogen to purge the air out of the containers once the food was put in.
